A. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to GoBookra. "GoBookra", "we", "us", and "our" refer to If It Is Math FZ-LLC, the company that owns and operates the GoBookra booking management platform. By accessing or using the GoBookra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

B. What GoBookra Provides

GoBookra is a booking management platform that provides:

• Booking management software for service businesses
• Public-facing booking pages for customer appointment scheduling
• Tools to manage staff, locations, services, and availability
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Automated transactional emails (confirmations, notifications, cancellations)
• Admin tools for business owners and managers

C. Free Access and First 10 Bookings

GoBookra may offer businesses free access for their first 10 successful public bookings made through their GoBookra booking link. After the 10th successful public booking, the booking link may be paused until the business subscribes to an appropriate plan.

D. Accounts

To use GoBookra as a business or staff member, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

E. Business Owner Responsibilities

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, honoring bookings made through their GoBookra page, handling customer disputes and refunds, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

F. Customer Bookings

Customers book appointments directly with the business listed on the booking page. GoBookra provides the software that makes booking possible, but is not itself the service provider. The fulfillment of any appointment is the sole responsibility of the business the customer is booking with.

G. Staff Accounts and Permissions

Business admins control staff account access and permissions within GoBookra. Staff members must use their accounts in accordance with their business's instructions and these Terms of Service.

H. Payments for Appointments

GoBookra does not currently process payments between customers and businesses for appointments. Service prices shown on booking pages are informational only. Any payment arrangement for services is handled directly between the customer and the business.

I. GoBookra Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing

Businesses pay subscription fees for access to the GoBookra platform, operated by If It Is Math FZ-LLC.

Current plans:

• Single Location — 99 AED/month. Covers 1 active location. Available via self-serve checkout.
• Multiple Locations — 2 or more active locations. Custom pricing. Contact us at support@gobookra.com for a quote.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe.

J. Cancellation, Refunds, and Failed Payments

Business owners may cancel their subscription from the billing area of their account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or approved by GoBookra at its discretion.

K. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoBookra for illegal services, misleading or fraudulent activities, spam, adult or sexual services, gambling or betting services, weapons or regulated goods, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policies.

L. Demo Accounts and Pages

GoBookra may provide a demo account or booking page for preview purposes. Demo pages are for preview only. Demo bookings are not real appointments.

M. Platform Availability and Changes

GoBookra aims to maintain reliable platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. GoBookra reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

N. Privacy

Your use of GoBookra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

O. Intellectual Property

GoBookra owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, branding, and content. Businesses retain ownership of their own content and business data entered into the platform.

P. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoBookra is not responsible for missed appointments, loss of revenue due to platform downtime, disputes between customers and businesses, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Q. Disclaimer

The GoBookra platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

R. Termination

You may stop using GoBookra at any time. GoBookra may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

S. Changes to These Terms

GoBookra may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of GoBookra after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

T. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
