GoBookra is operated by If It Is Math FZ-LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how If It Is Math FZ-LLC, operating GoBookra, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the GoBookra platform.

This policy applies to business owners, staff members, and customers who make bookings through GoBookra-powered booking pages.

B. Information We Collect

• Business account information — name, email address, hashed password, business name, business description, booking URL, and contact details.
• Business profile information — locations, services, prices, staff members, working hours, availability settings, and blocked dates.
• Customer booking information — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, selected services, chosen location, staff preference, appointment date and time, optional notes, and booking status.
• Staff information — name, email, phone, role, assigned locations, working hours, and linked appointment records.
• Payment and subscription information — Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, billing interval, subscription status, billing period, and payment event history.
• Technical information — IP addresses, browser type, device information, usage data, session and cookie data, and security event logs.

C. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the GoBookra platform, manage bookings, process appointment confirmations and notifications, manage subscription status, send account-related emails, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information to send promotional marketing emails unless you have given explicit consent.

D. Transactional Emails

GoBookra sends transactional emails including account setup confirmations, password reset links, booking confirmations, appointment notifications, cancellation notices, and subscription and payment status updates. Emails are sent using Resend.

E. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with the business you book with, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, hosting and infrastructure providers, and legal authorities where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

F. Business Users and Customer Data

Businesses using GoBookra are responsible for the customer data collected through their booking pages. Privacy requests related to the GoBookra platform itself can be sent to support@gobookra.com.

G. Payment Processing

Payments for GoBookra subscriptions are processed by Stripe. If It Is Math FZ-LLC does not store full card numbers or full payment card details.

H. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information including password hashing, secure session management, protected API endpoints, access controls, and trusted service providers.

I. Data Retention

We retain account information while an account is active or as needed to provide the service. Booking records are retained while the related business account exists. Billing, subscription, security, and support records may be retained longer where needed for legal compliance.

J. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, request data portability, and withdraw consent. Contact us at support@gobookra.com to exercise these rights.

K. Cookies and Sessions

GoBookra uses cookies and session storage for login sessions, security, remembering preferences, and platform functionality.

L. International Data Processing

GoBookra may use hosting, email delivery, payment, and infrastructure providers located outside the UAE or outside your country of residence.

GoBookra is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
