- Do I need a website for my business to use GoBookra?
- No. GoBookra gives you a booking link you can share with customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, or anywhere else.
- What happens after my first 10 free bookings?
- Your booking link pauses until you choose a monthly or yearly plan. Your account and data stay saved.
- Do you take commission from my bookings?
- No. GoBookra does not take commission from your bookings. You only pay for your subscription plan.
- Can I manage multiple locations?
- Yes. GoBookra has two plans: Single Location (99 AED/month) for businesses with one branch, and Multiple Locations (custom pricing) for businesses with two or more branches.
- Can customers book without messaging me?
- Yes. Customers open your booking link, choose a service, pick an available time, and confirm their appointment.
- Can my staff receive appointment notifications?
- Yes. When a staff member is assigned to a booking, GoBookra can notify them via email with the booking details.
- Can I still use WhatsApp?
- Yes. You can still use WhatsApp, but GoBookra helps reduce back-and-forth messages by letting customers book through your link. If a booking is made over the phone or by message, you can also manually add it to your calendar from the dashboard.
- What if something goes wrong?
- If you run into any issue, contact us at support@gobookra.com. We will help you fix it as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
